Finding Your Sweet Spot!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far in the Creation Miniseries, we’ve learned:
- That we need to change if we want our lives to be different
- That change must be directed in order to Create – otherwise what we get is Chaos
- There is a specific type of dream that manifests; all other dreams manifest so slowly, we either give up or it manifests after our lifetimes.
- We need to focus on the dreams that we have massive belief and desire for
- We need to stay away from the dreams that we have large doubt and fear for
- Together, this combinations defines the sweet spot: dreams that are large enough to excite us and small enough enough to believe in.
We’re spending so much time on the definition of our dream because it is the place that causes the most failure in Creation and manifestation. With the proper foundation, our dream will not only manifest, but it will do so with amazing speed.
So let’s keep on going, and take the practical steps towards finding the dreams that are in our sweet spot!
Remember that exercise we did in Creation Miniseries #2? The one where we let our imaginations and desires run wild and wrote down everything we could think of that we would be, do, or have if time and money were no object and success was guaranteed?
Go get that piece of paper. It holds the key to finding our sweet spot.
Good.
That piece of paper has a bunch of dreams listed on it with a number between 1 and 10 next to them. Cross out any dream that is less than an 8 next to it.
Next to each of the ones that are left, write on a scale of 1 to 10 how excited you would be if it showed up in your life and was yours tomorrow.
Now cross off every dream that has less than an 8 next to it; keep the 8s, 9s, and 10s.
Anything left on your sheet is in your sweet spot! You have great excitement about getting it and little doubt that you can.
Congrats!
If nothing was left on your list, don’t despair. Simply go through the exercise again with new ideas, letting your imagination run wild. Do it for longer if you like; 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, all morning. Have fun doing it.
Not only will you increase your dreaming capacity, but you’ll find the dreams in your sweet spot. We all have them. It’s just a matter of realizing what they are.
Keep Dreaming!
