I can’t have a Family because of the Way I Am… :-‘(

Back when I was helping people one on one to adjust their energy, one of my most memorable cases was a 12 year old boy.  Let’s call him James.

James came to see me with aching leg bones and pain in his ankles. The pain made it difficult for him to stand for more than 10 minute and to walk or run for any distance.

After a 3 weeks, I was happy to hear that James no longer had any pain…

But the next week, he showed up again. And the week after and after and after…

I’ve been working with energy long enough to know that if he kept showing up, then there must be a reason; my work was not yet done.

So, despite being confused and not wanting his parents to spend money unnecessarily, I continued to see James.

We talked about all areas of his life, what stressed him out, what bothered him, what he enjoyed, what he hoped for his future.

Still, I couldn’t figure out what else I could help him with or pinpoint why he kept booking appointments with me.

One day, just as I was about to give up and tell James’s parents I had reached the limit of my ability to help him, I was guided to the right question.

“Would you like to have your own family one day, James?” I asked.

“I can’t,” he replied…

Surprised by the answer, I instantly felt that we were on the edge of a breakthrough.

And in just a few moments I would know just how big of one it would be.

“What makes you believe that you can’t?”

“Because of the way I am.”

Hmm… “How is it that you are that prevents you from being able to have your own family?”

“Because I lose my temper. I can’t be around anyone.”

… … …

Wow…

Finally, I understood why he kept coming to see me and how I was supposed to help him.

You see, when I was his age I had an incredibly bad temper as well. I had a boiling rage inside of me that I called the “Incredible Hulk,” because that’s how I felt when I lost my temper.

In fact, all the way into my early 30s I listed “losing my temper” as my #1 fear because of my memories of how life was.

And I learned that I had to resolve that fear if I was ever going to have a successful, lasting romantic relationship.

So… what does this have to do with frequency?

Locked within James’s energy was the frequency of the fear of losing his temper.

It created distance between him and his family. It caused him to avoid others. It caused him not to have any friends. It caused him to be labeled ADD and Autistic by the education system. It caused him being prescribed a cocktail of drugs.

It caused him to be very lonely and believe that he had no choice but to be alone his entire life.

If left there, then he would be right. He could never have a family, no matter how great his desire for one.

Because he was aware of the frequency of his energy, James was able to predict his future. In fact, he was creating that exact future with that energy.

As James and I continued to work together, his energy shifted changing.  It’s been a while since I’ve seen James, but as of our last meeting he never lost his temper again. He no longer got frustrated easily.

And he began to smile and says hello to people.

My assistant commented after his last visit, “He’s such a sweet boy now. He doesn’t scare me anymore.”

By changing his energy, James is changing his reality. His life is changing now. And he is creating a new future.

A future where having friends and a family is not only possible, but almost a certainty.

When we are as aware of our frequency as James was, change becomes not only possible, but easy and FAST.

Take a moment in each day and ask yourself which frequency you’re on.

Change and Predict your Future with Frequency! (Part 3)

One of the absolute key concepts that we’ve learned so far is that things happen energetically before they happen physically.

All of physical reality and matter is condensed energy.

Energy must be converted and condensed for it to manifest into the “real” world.

Or, more accurately, the physical world.

The energetic world is just as real as the physical, and has more bearing on our lives.

The physical world is the manifestation of what was. Old thoughts and energies from the past.

The energetic world is what is in the process of manifesting into the physical world in our future.

This is the true meaning behind “Ask and it is given”.

You may have heard many religious and Law of Attraction (LOA) teachers teach this principle.

But what does it mean? Why is it that we don’t seem to have it if it is given to us?

The moment we ask for something – the moment we generate the Desire for it – it is given to us. Instantaneously.

… In its energetic form.

That is the process of Intention in the Law of Creation formula.

Our desire causes us to think about it more and more. And, through the Law of Attraction, we begin to think and plan adding to the energy given to us and condensing it.

We keep thinking and planning until we make a decision and the energy is condensed so much that we are motivated.

It is this motivation that generates action. That action, by Law of Motion, translates energy into physical mass and reality.

At the same time, as we see our reality change, our desires increase, and we think, plan, and decide to do even more. Because Motion is the activator of Intention and Attraction.

This cycle continues over and over until so much energy has been condensed and converted to mass, that physical reality matches the energetic reality of our Desires and Dreams…

Our dreams and desires have manifested.

You see, we can predict and change our futures because we are Creating our futures… Using the Law of Creation.

And all things happen energetically before they happen physically.

If you didn’t believe you could change future, you wouldn’t be seeking to change it. You wouldn’t be working towards a better life.

It all begins with your energy.

Change and Predict your Future with Frequency! (Part 2)

Yesterday, we learned that by knowing what frequency we are on, we can predict our future.

Not THE future… Our future.

This is true because frequency is a feature of our energy.

And a great secret to life is that everything happens energetically before it happens physically.

As we know from the vibration miniseries, energy and matter are 2 different states of the same thing.

In fact, matter is compressed energy. Just like water is compressed steam and ice is compressed water.

Recall the Law of Creation Formula:

Intention + Attraction + Motion = Creation
Desire Think, Plan, Decide Act Result

******KEY******
We start with the initial energy (Intention), go through a process of gathering more (Attraction), and then convert that energy into the physical world (Motion). We keep doing it over and over until we’ve molded our physical reality into what we want (Creation).

I want to make sure you didn’t miss that… so go read it again. Slowly.

Let’s take a simple example.

Raise your hand over your head.

Go ahead. Do it. Don’t just sit there and read the words. Raise your hand over your head.

Good. What had to happen to get your hand physically over your head?

First you had to have the desire to raise your hand over your head. Then you had think about it and create a set of instructions (plan) on how to get your hand over your head. Then you had to decide on this particular plan.

Then you took executed the plan (action). And once the plan was executed, your hand was over your head (result).

Everything before the action step – the desire, the thinking, the planning, and the deciding – all happened in the realm of energy. Without them, you could never take action or get a result.

All things happen energetically before they happen physically.

So, if you can read our energy, you can read what is coming into your physical reality…

… And if you can change your energy, you can change your future! (More on that tomorrow)

Changing and Predicting your Future through Frequency (part 1)

Last time, we learned how frequency creates our reality.

By tuning in to the right station, we get the music that we want. By tuning ourselves to the right frequency, we get the experiences and opportunities that lead us to what we want.

So, if I know which frequency I’m on, then I have a very good idea of what sort of experiences are on their way.

If I’m on the classic rock station, I can be pretty sure I’m going to hear some classic rock.

I don’t know exactly which song, is coming up next. But I know what types of songs. And I can be pretty sure that if I stay on the station long enough, I’m going to hear “Stairway to Heaven”.

By looking at our frequency, we can predict the types of experiences we will have and can be certain that if we are looking for a particular common experience, we will have it.

So… what frequency are you tuned into?

Which frequencies do you visit throughout the day and, most importantly, which one is your default mode?

That, more than anything else, will determine your Attraction and what circumstances, events, and opportunities come into your life.

Using Frequency to Create Your Reality

Last time, we learned that everything is energy vibrating between physical and energetic states at different frequencies.

All things constantly phase into their energetic state, then re-manifest into the physical world.

Each time we phase into energy is an opportunity to change our energy. So when we phase back, something is different.

The faster we do this, the higher our frequency, the more opportunity we have to make a shift in our energetic bodies and re-manifest into new physical realities.

If we understand this, then we can begin to understand why shifting the frequency of our vibration is critical to changing our lives.

In his famous book, Power Vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins described a scale of human vibration that he indexed from 0 to 1000.

Now, that doesn’t mean that there are no frequencies below 0 or above 1000… just that there are no frequencies relevant to the human experience outside that range.

Once we hit 0, we are dead. Then perhaps re-manifest as something else other than human. Just as if we hit 1000, enlightenment, then we transcend humanity and re-manifest as something other than human…

When looking at Dr. Hawkin’s scale, it is easy to make judgments and call lower frequencies “bad” and higher frequencies “good”.

But each frequency is simply a station that we tune into. Just like a television or radio station.

When we change the frequency, we change the channel.

At 88.7 Hz, we’re on the oldies channel.
At 91.1 Hz, we’re on the classical channel.
At 92.7 Hz, we’re on the hip hop channel.
At 95.3 Hz, we’re on the alternative rock channel.
At 98.7 Hz, we’re on the pop channel.
At 100.7, we’re on the top 40s channel.

Whether the channel is good or bad is completely dependent on our individual preferences and what we’re in the mood for in the moment.

The exact same is true with our vibration.

This channel is tragedy and death.
This channel is depression.
This channel is anger.
This channel is financial abundance.
This channel is love.
This channel is joy.

None is any better or worse than the other. It just depends on what we prefer and what serves us in the moment.

What we phase back into physical reality, what we Create, is dependent on the channel we’re on. So, it’s really just choosing the channel that we like – that matches the reality we want to experience – and dialing into that channel.

So, manifestation isn’t about choosing a vibration and chasing after it. This would be like channel surfing.

It’s about figuring out what we’re in the mood for, finding a show that’s playing right now that suits our mood, then tuning into the channel that the show is playing on.

Now we’ve entered into the age of TV Guide!

What the HECK is Frequency?

You hear it all the time. It’s one of those words you hear all the time in LOA (Law of Attraction).

It’s a word you know. You know it’s meaning…

… Or so you thought.

Why is such a common word like “frequency” so confusing?

So what the heck is frequency?

Good thing for us, we’ve just gone over vibration and energy!

From our basic science classes in school and the Vibration Miniseries, we know that that all things in the universe are made up of energy and matter.

In his atomic hypothesis, Democritus theorized that all matter in the universe was made up of indivisible physical units which he called “atoms”.

When scientists discovered the elements that make up the Periodic Table of Elements, they believed that they discovered atoms: all matter in the universe was made up of these hundred or so elements.

Later, to their surprise, they discovered that the elements could be divided into smaller parts: electrons, neutrons, and protons. And those parts were not unique from one element to the next.

The electron in Hydrogen was the same as the electron in Iron. The proton in Oxygen was the same proton in Uranium.

As time goes on, scientists find smaller and smaller units of mass. Until…

What happens when you divide the smallest possible piece of matter possible?

The same thing that happens when you split an atom. A giant atomic reaction.

And the same thing that happens when you split a nuclear particle. A giant nuclear reaction.

The smaller the piece of matter, the more gigantic the release and conversion of matter into energy.

If we split the smallest particle possible, the result is simply energy.

Why?

Because as we learned in the Vibration miniseries, all matter is simply energy in a different, more condensed state.

So, literally, everything in the universe is energy.

Or more precisely, everything is Energy that is Vibrating at a different Frequency.

As we learned in the Vibration miniseries, all things phase in and out of its energetic state and its physical state; this phasing back and forth is the object’s Vibration.

How quickly it phases back and forth is its Frequency.

So what is frequency?

Frequency is the rate at which any object phases between its energetic and physical states.

Whew! What a way to kick off the Frequency miniseries!

Any light bulb moments there? 🙂

It’s natural, and you’re not alone.

Today’s great question comes from Luxembourg and touches on a fear that we’ve all felt:

“I have enemies (extremely negative people in my former surroundings who are very jealous of me, practicants of occultism and black magic who are extremely pleased to harm me and to destroy my life). Is magic liable to be stronger than manifesting?”

Wonderful, wonderful question.

I LOVE to answer this question whenever it comes up!

Hi [Luxembourg],

I’ve been studying energy for as long as I can remember. I started becoming interested in and studying qigong when I was 4 years old…

And this is what I can tell you with absolute certainty about energy:

Energy is energy. There is no “good” or “bad” energy.

There is simply energy that is applied towards something you want or something you don’t want.

Let’s think about electricity. Electricity is great because we can convert it into any other energy that serves our purpose at the moment.

If we need kinetic energy, we turn on a motor and it converts electricity into motion.

If we need light, we turn on a lamp and it converts electricity into light.

If we need heat, we turn on a heater and it turns electricity into heat…

And on and on.

And what’s really great is that we can turn any energy back into electricity.

Wind turbines and hydroelectric generators turn kinetic energy into electricity. Solar panels turn light into electricity. Thermo-electric panels turn heat into electricity. Etc, etc.

The same is true when it comes to your energy and the energy people throw at you.

There is no “good” or “bad” energy.

There is only energy that is helping you move towards your desires and energy that is taking you off track.

But the beauty of it is…

It’s all energy! And energy can be converted!

Whenever someone throws unfavorable energy at me, I am grateful.

I thank them.

I thank them for placing their attention on me. I thank them for making me important enough to expend thought and emotion on me. I thank them for taking their valuable time and energy and applying them towards me.

Then I take their gift (their energy) and apply it towards my goals and desires.

You see, it doesn’t matter if someone is supporting me and encouraging me and showing me love, or if they are hating me and doubting me and throwing curses at me.

It’s all energy, and I can use energy in whatever form it takes.

I just convert it to a form that’s useful to me…

Just like I carry a battery bank with me and use its energy to charge my cell phone, charge my flashlight, charge my batteries for my voice recorder, run my laptop…

These people who throw unfavorable energy at you…

Thank them.

And take their energy and charge your batteries with it. Then use your batteries to power your dreams, goals and ambitions.

The only person who can manifest in your life is you.

Others can influence you, but only you can manifest.

If you take their energy as it is, then their influence takes over and you manifest in the direction they’re pushing you.

But if you take their energy and use it to charge your batteries, then apply that energy towards what you want…

Then you are taking 100% responsibility and CONTROL over your life.

And you become the only Power within it.

Charge your batteries and stay within integrity!

What the HECK is vibration?

You hear it all the time. All the gurus say it.

It’s a word you know. You know it’s meaning…

… Or so you thought.

Who ever knew that such a common word like “vibration” could be so confusing?

So what the heck is vibration?

None of the gurus seems to be using it in a way that you know. Or even in a way that makes sense in the dictionary.

Good thing for us, because of a glass of water, we know Einstein’s hidden message!

In the last post, we discovered that physical objects phase between physical and energetic states. Like liquid water and water vapor, they are constantly changing into these two states.

Now let’s go back to our desk example from yesterday.

The desk is in an equilibrium state since it never changes at the human eye level. Yet, the desk is phasing in and out of its physical state and its energetic state.

But it doesn’t just do this once; it does it over and over and over again.

It phases into energy to mass to energy to mass to energy. Back and forth. Up and down. Like a sine wave, an oscillation…

… A Vibration

A very particular vibration that phases between energy and mass at a very particular frequency to that desk.

So what? In the next post we’ll discover why vibration matters and why all the gurus talk about it so much.
