Here’s how it works…
For any and all products we sell – you have a full 30 days to request a refund, no questions asked. The 30 days starts from the date of purchase of the product. All physical materials need to be returned in order for the refund to be processed.
For services, refunds are available until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds may be offered for cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time or for missed appointments to do certain exigent circumstances. No refunds will be offered after services are rendered.
