How do you feel today after removing some demons - some limiting beliefs?

I'll tell you what...

If you didn’t do the exercises, then you feel the exact same, if not worse.

If you didn’t do it, why not? You’ve had 2 days to do it. Do it today.

If you still don’t do it after 3 days, then you seriously have to question whether you truly want a different and better life.

If you haven’t done it yet, find yesterday’s email, follow the instructions, and get caught up!

We spent the last two days identifying delusions and limiting beliefs that make us less confident and less successful in our ability to Create our dreams into physical reality.

Now that we’ve shed some deadweight, we can propel ourselves forward with speed!

So those who just read the emails sporadically still got a very powerful exercise that is highly beneficial.

But for those of us who are committed to ourselves, who are willing to do something every day, and are getting into the habit Creating our dreams into reality will have a great advantage with this follow up exercise.

Successful people are constantly pushing through their obstacles and barriers.

But when we remove a limiting belief it leaves a gap. This vacuum sucks in and gets filled with whatever programming lands in it next.

So let’s make sure we choose what goes in there.

Go through the list of beliefs you identified as delusions yesterday and the day before. For each one, reframe it into a new belief that will serve you.

For example:
[He or she will reject me.]

Can become:
[Each "no" I get, brings me closer to a "yes."]

See how the change in belief can completely change our results?

Instead of fearing the “no” and never even making an attempt, we become “no” collectors. Set about knowing that each “no” is a step closer to “yes” and pretty soon we’ll get one.

Then do it again and again and the number of negative responses in between each positive response diminishes.

Once you’ve re-framed each of your delusions. Write down the new beliefs over and over, repeat them out loud, do whatever you have to do to drill them into your mind and subconscious.

Here’s a trick that hypnotists use. In the first 15 minutes after waking and last 15 minutes before sleeping, your mind is most susceptible to suggestion. Have you ever woken up to the radio and gotten some annoying song stuck in your head all day? It irritates the heck out of you, but you can't get it out of your head?

It’s because it got incepted into your mind during this time period.

Incept these new beliefs into your subconscious by writing them down and reading them out loud repeatedly during the first 15 minutes after you wake up and last 15 minutes before you fall asleep.
