In Emotions Miniseries #1, we learned that we should not fear our emotions. Not only are they your built-in indicator of your alignment with your Purpose and your Creation, but they provide you valuable information when you are off-course.

Your emotions tell you how well your actions and your thoughts line up with your Intention and Creation.

Feeling good? Great! You’re thinking and doing things that lead you closer.

The better and more excited you feel, the closer you are to the Straight Line to Success that we talked about in the Alignment miniseries…

Which means the faster you will achieve and experience the reality of your desire!

Feeling bad? It simply means that you are thinking or doing something that leads you farther from your Intended desires.

So while it’s true that you want to mostly experience positive emotion in order to Create, don’t fear the negative emotions.

Use them to get realigned.

In other words don’t run away or deny your negative emotions. Use them to change your thoughts and actions and get back on track to Creating your desired life.

And that’s the KEY.

The Gurus will have us focus on our emotions, denying our negativity and fooling ourselves that everything is great and we feel awesome…

And that does nothing except make us emotionally imbalanced people who lie to ourselves.

Rather than focusing on the emotion and trying to change the emotion, we should use the information given to use by the emotion to change the underlying thoughts and actions that caused the emotion.

Once we modify our thoughts and actions to be more aligned with our Intention, then we feel better! We start to feel good again.

So don’t fear your emotions, whether “good” or “bad” …

Embrace them and use them to propel you towards your dreams.
