Emotions Miniseries #7

The LOA's Rocket Engine
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As we’ve been discussing in the Emotions Miniseries, our emotions can be split into 3 parts: expression, phenomenology, and interpretation.

If you read yesterday’s edition, I’m sure you gleaned at least one tidbit on why the external expression of emotion is important in the LOA.

Well get ready, because today's edition is jammed full of things that make you go aha...!

(Can you believe I'm giving this stuff away for free? =) It's because I have great care and love for you).

Expression See Emotions Miniseries #6
Phenomenology Phenomenology is the feeling part of emotion. More accurately, with its "–ology" suffix, it’s the study of the subjective experience of emotions. But it can be confusing just to call it “phenomenon,” so for our purposes we’ll call it the phenomenology; the way an emotion actually feels to you.

It is the visceral sensations you experience with emotions – how you feel in the moment.

Dread often feels like a sinking feeling in our gut.

Love can be an outward expanding feeling in our chest.

Both excitement and anger feel like surges of energy from our chests out to our arms and hands. But excitement is a rising feeling (think about how the crowd looks when someone scores a goal in the World Cup) while anger sinks or bursts forward (imagine someone on the verge of slapping or punching someone in rage).

Phenomenology can be difficult to separate from expression. In the example above, I actually asked you to imagine the expression of emotion to help understand the phenomenology of excitement and anger.

The main difference is the observer. The expression is what can be observed by others. The phenomenology is what we experience inside.

Phenomenology is important because it is technically the true Emotional Guidance System. It is the true indicator of our alignment. And it is the true power behind our broadcasts.

You may have heard that you are a broadcaster and receiver of energy/vibration/frequency. And that is true.

If we were radio towers, our Spirit summoning desire would be the message or content of the broadcast. The thoughts of our Mind would be the frequency/station of the transmission. Our emotion would be the amplitude and power of the broadcast.

Whatever we ask for in that message we broadcast is instantly given in its energetic form. We then form thoughts, plans, and decisions in our Minds (Attraction) and then take actions (Motion) in order to convert that energy into the physical form of what we want so we can experience it in physical reality.

The effectiveness of our thoughts, plans, decisions, and actions at converting that energy into physical matter depends on our alignment and resistance (also known as resistance and limiting beliefs) within us. How aligned we are and our level resistance are indicated to us by our Emotional Guidance System, the phenomenology of our emotions.
Interpretation ...

Ok. It’s becoming increasingly clear that I was naïve to think I could cover all 3 parts, or even 2 parts, of emotion in a single newsletter. So we will continue with interpretation tomorrow.

What was your biggest light bulb moment of today’s edition? If there wasn’t at least one, go back and read it again because it was crammed full of goodies!

Blessings to all!
