Use “Bad” Energy to your Advantage

In yesterday’s Energy Clearing miniseries #16, we were encouraged to embrace and energy that serves us, whether it was low frequency or high.
This principle applies both for frequencies generated from within ourselves and frequencies that we get exposed to.
Regardless of the source and the frequency, it’s just energy. And energy can always be harnessed for our benefit.
Any time anyone projects energy at me I am grateful at it.
That’s easy to do if it’s love, gratitude, admiration, joy.
But it can be more challenging if anger, fear, blame, or hate is directed towards us.
I used to struggle with it too, until I realized that it’s all just energy.
That anyone would take the time and resources to project any energy whatsoever at me is a compliment. It means that I am on their mind and I made some sort of impact.
As long as I am in integrity with myself and my own moral values, the rest is up to them. They are responsible for the quality of energy they vibrate.
I am responsible for how I receive the energy that is directed towards me. I receive them in gratitude and use them for my own purposes.
Just as we can take the high frequency of a compliment and convert it to a low vibrating feeling of shyness or embarrassment, we can receive hate, anger, and blame and convert it to a higher vibrating energy.
You see energy is energy. And energy can be converted.
Just as we went over yesterday, there is no bad energy. It’s just energy.
It may not be the most beneficial energy for you in the moment, but if that’s the case it can be easily converted.
To help with this concept, let’s take a look at a more familiar form of energy: electricity.
Electricity serves as humankind’s gateway energy.
We have ways of converting just about any energy into electricity. We can turn motion, or kinetic energy, into electricity. We can turn nuclear decay into electricity. We can turn light, heat, and pressure into electricity. We can turn sound into electricity.
And we can turn electricity into just about any form of known energy.
If we have a ton of light, but really could use some heat, all we have to do is convert the light to electricity with a solar panel, then convert the electricity to heat with a heater.
If we have a ton of kinetic energy, but we would like some sound waves, we simply convert the kinetic motion into electricity with a generator, and then convert the electricity to sound waves with speakers.
In much the same way, we can receive and frequency energy and convert it to a form that best serves us in the moment.
So the next time someone blasts you with “negative” or unwanted energy, don’t fight it, resist it, or reflect it. Receive it, convert it, and harness it to your own benefit.
Simply ask yourself how you can use that energy to your greatest benefit and the process will begin.
