The Seed of our Experience, the Key to our Existence

I’m excited for this new miniseries! Energy, or Qi as I call it, is a topic near and dear to my heart.

Before we talk about clearing energy, we first need a little foundational knowledge on energy itself.

So we’ll spend a few editions of the miniseries going over energy, then move on to techniques for clearing energy such as the Energy Clearing Meditation in the infographic from last time.

(How did you like that by the way? Do you like receiving information in that format?)

The first thing to understand about energy is that it is universal in every sense of the word.

It exists every, across the entire expanse of the universe.
It is of the Universe – it is what connects all things to all other things.
It is the seed of all things. Anything and everything can be broken down into energy, including thoughts, actions, and material objects
It is acknowledged and studied by every culture in the world.

Starting with the Industrial Revolution, our tendency across the world has been to think of energy simply a topic of study, relegated to physics. Somehow during that time, most cultures lost the connection between energy and how it affects, influences, and rules every-day life.

I’m not sure why that is – I haven’t made a deep study into what happened with energy during that period. But during that time, we began ignoring energy as a life force and started treating it solely as a physical science.

While energy is universal, the techniques that each culture came up with to access and influence energy within our human bodies are different.

We now live in an age where we are once again re-awakening to the connection between energy and human existence. So much of the old knowledge is coming back into circulation and mixing.

It’s an exciting time!

The techniques I share with you will mostly be from the Chinese systems. There are a few good reasons for this.

The materials from Ancient China are one of the longest, if not the longest, continuous histories. We have largely uninterrupted materials for over 5000 years.
The Chinese have a thorough system of describing energy at the Cosmic level, the Earthly Level, the Human Experience level, and within the Human Body Level.
It is the only system I’ve seen that describes in detail how energy travels inside the human body and that of animals. Because of this, modern science has studied and is continuously confirming the Chinese systems (more on this throughout the series).
Last, and most importantly, it is the one that I have mastered and am most qualify to teach. I’ve been studying it since I was 4 years old.

That is not to say the Chinese systems are superior. All energy techniques work. They all operate on the same system. There is no one that is any better than the others.

In fact, I could have safely ignored the first 3 reasons, and moved on with the Chinese systems simply because that is the one I have mastered.

I wouldn’t teach anything I didn’t have mastery over and you wouldn’t want to learn from me in any subject that I wasn’t competent in. Had I mastered the Vedic systems or the Akashic systems or any other system, then the techniques we will go over would come from those rather than the Chinese.

Ok. As you go through the weekend, start thinking about energy. It’s all around you. Not just through the wires in the walls or the heat from the sun or the light from the light bulbs.

It’s in everything we see. Everything we smell. Everything we touch. Everything we taste. Everything we hear. Every sensation and emotion we experience.

It’s all around us and within us. It permeates our entire experience and existence.
