Part 2: Vital Visualizations Revealed

Yesterday, we learned that Visualization helps us shift our state of Being, and one of the most important states of being for Creating our realities is the State of Winning.

Also important to Creation are the states of Happiness, Love, and Gratitude.

We could adopt the exact same strategy that we used for the State of Winning visualization, and pick times in our lives where we felt happiness, love, and gratitude.

Unfortunately though, for most of us we would have to choose 3 separate memories and create 3 separate visualizations. Some of us may not have particularly strong memories of these states.

Instead, we can hit all 3 birds with one stone, and do some future projecting at the same time.

To do this, we will use a visualization that I call the Perfect Day.

Why?

Because in a perfect day, we are absolutely joyous, we are surrounded by people we love, and we are grateful for all that is in our lives – we are already living the reality of our dreams and growing to bigger and more wonderful things.

Before we can create the Perfect Day visualization, however, we need to go back and visit our Intention.

After going through the Intention Alignment exercise, think about your perfect day from the moment you wake up to the moment you climb into bed and fall asleep.

What would it look like? What would it feel like? What would you be doing? Who would you be doing it with?

Incorporate all the elements from the Intention Alignment exercise and you’ll notice that given your perfect day, you would feel extremely joyous, impossibly loving and loved, and tremendous gratitude.

Turn your perfect day into a visualization using all the steps outlined in Visualization Miniseries #8.

Pay special attention to step #5 and feel and emote. It should be so real that you will be bursting with love, happiness, and gratitude as you run through your visualization.

Remember, you have control time in your internal world, so running through your entire Perfect Day will not actually take all day.

Now you have all 3 Vital Visualizations. Use them every day. They do you no good if you don’t actually practice them.
