What you Truly Vibrate – Not what you’ve been told!

Yesterday, we teased the notion that BEING and FEELING, while related, are two very different things.

In LOA (Law of Attraction) teachings, feeling tends to get emphasized above all else.

However, as a member of the Practical LOA family, you know that it all begins with who you are - your Beingness.

Be Do Have
Intention + Attraction + Motion = Creation
Desires + Thoughts + Action = Reality

Most people teach that your feeling is what you are vibrating.

In reality, as we learned from the Emotions miniseries, your feelings are the indicators of what you are vibrating and its alignment to your desires.

And while those indicators stem from spirit, they are also subject to emotional memory and interpretation.

Your Beingness – how you show up in the world – is what you are actually vibrating.

Perhaps the clearest example of this is safety.

We can feel very safe and secure at home surrounded by people we love, completely unaware that in just a few minutes a 9.0 earthquake will cause a giant tsunami that will cause the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant to fail just a few miles away

So while we feel safe, that is not actually what was brought into our lives…

Or we can be utterly terrified of a nearby snake, not knowing that it is defanged and venom-less.

So while we feel like we’re in danger, that is not what shows up into our lives. We ARE safe, so we no harm comes to us.

Normally, being in a state automatically creates the feeling.

But, when our Beingness and our feelings don’t match, that indicates that at least one of a few things:
• we have blockages
• we have trapped patterns in our emotional memory
• we are unable to focus on the relevant inputs
• we are leading with our heads instead of our hearts and spirits

In any case, what we want to focus on is our state of Being. We want have our feelings line up with it so we can trust our compass, our Emotional Guidance System.

But it is our state of Being that Creates our experiences and our realities.

If I meet an attractive girl and I am in a state of Anxiety, I will have a very different experience and reality than if I am in a state of Confidence or a state of Self-Love.

As we’ve gone over during the last several editions of the Visualization Miniseries, visualization is a powerful tool in shifting our states of Being.

And even more powerful, visualization programs automatic state shifts that lead us towards our desires whenever opportunity is brought into our lives.

Practice them every day.

And you’ll be in the perfect state of Being to have the experiences and reality of your dreams as you move through life.
