Dear PLOA: The Truth About Diving, Fortunetelling, Astrology, and Numerology
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Truly talented fortunetellers, psychics, numerologists, and other related practitioners can provide timely and helpful information.
But like all tools, they are double-edged.
Relying on these arts to the point of dependency can become very disempowering and, paradoxically, leave us even more lost than when we began.
Today’s Dear PLOA letter comes from the USA:
“Hi Kane,
I am an obsessive diviner. That in itself is not good, I know. Lately though I have felt that believing the readings is a form of LOA - and I want to be a creator not an accepter of 'fate' as I divine it.
Can you tell me your thoughts on this subject. I would really appreciate it - thank you.”
How do these practices work? How can we use them to our advantage? And is there anything we can do when we are caught up in these powerful universal forces and energies?
Hi [XXXXXXX],
Divining, I'Ching, Astrology, Geomancy, and other such practices can be very powerful if practiced correctly and by talented individuals. But it's best to understand exactly what is happening with these practices.
The practitioner is reading energy as it currently is.
And as we know from the Vibration miniseries, everthing happens energetically before it happens physically.
So by looking at the current energy, we can get an idea of what is coming.
I say "get an idea" rather than "know" because, as described in the I'Ching, everything is always in a constant state of changing, especially at the energetic level. So while we can read the energy as it is, we can predict what is to come only as long as that energy doesn't change between the time of reading and the time it takes to physically manifest.
What changes the energy? Well when it comes to our own lives, we do.
We control the vast majority of the energy that comes in and influences our lives. That means at any point in time, we can take the steering wheel and change the direction in which we are traveling.
Imagine yourself the ocean. Powerful natural forces and currents push you in many different directions. The wind blows you one way. The currents drive you another way. You float through the oceans guided by these forces.
Against such power, it can be easy to just "accept fate" and get pushed around by these forces.
But when you realize what you are - a creator - then you'll realize that you are a powerful nuclear submarine.
If you don't like where the wind blows, you can duck underwater. If you don't like where the currents flow, you can activate your nuclear reactor and travel anywhere and in any direction you want to go.
What is lost in many of the divining arts is this reminder of empowerment.
If the current is going one way, you'll certainly have an easier time if you go with it. Your energy and desires flowing in synch with natural forces.
But as humans - as creators - we were not meant to simply go with the flow.
We were meant to exert our desires and influence the direction of the flow as well as enjoy the flow that we have created. Otherwise we wouldn't have that ability. And we're the only form of life that has that ability to the full extent.
You are a nuclear sub! You can go wherever you want to go. Your divination can guide you and help you prepare for and expect what's coming ahead. It does not mean that's what you have to experience or Create into your life.
Kane
